On January 18, the after-sales service team of Qingdao Ouli Machine traveled to the Czech Republic to complete the installation and commissioning of a rubber compound production line for our Czech customer.
After several days of on-site work, including equipment positioning, system connection, trial operation, and parameter optimization, the rubber mixing production line was successfully put into operation. The customer expressed high recognition of the equipment performance and our professional technical support.
Production Line Equipment
The production line includes an automatic batching system, hydraulic rubber kneader machine, electrical distance adjustment open rubber mixing mill, and batch-off cooling machine.
The entire line is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system, enabling fully automatic operation, precise parameter control, stable performance, and improved production efficiency. The successful commissioning of this project further strengthens OULI MACHINE's presence in the European market and demonstrates our strong capability in providing complete rubber mixing solutions worldwide.
